The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000, and there is no maximum deposit limit. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider's systems. big188 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your big188 account are derived from legitimate sources and belong exclusively to you. You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal activities, fraud, or theft. big188 reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds, particularly for large deposits or suspicious transaction patterns. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and return of funds.
You may request withdrawals from your big188 account to your registered Indonesian bank account or e-wallet at any time, subject to completing KYC verification and meeting any applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 10,000, and there is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction. big188 aims to process 95% of withdrawals within 5 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching the name on your big188 account. Users who attempt to use big188 for money laundering purposes will have their accounts permanently closed and funds frozen pending investigation.

If we detect bonus abuse, we will confiscate all bonuses, void associated winnings, and may permanently ban the offending user from the platform without refunding any remaining funds.
All games on the big188 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined solely by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Each game displays its theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the long-term expected payout rate over millions of game rounds. For togel markets (Indonesia's traditional lottery betting including Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, Togel Sydney, and Togel Macau), results are based on official lottery draws conducted by authorized lottery operators in each jurisdiction. big188 has no control over draw outcomes. Bet acceptance is subject to our published draw schedules and closing times. Late bets or bets placed after the official closing time will be void and refunded. All payouts follow our published payout tables for each bet type (4D, 3D, 2D, Colok Bebas, Colok Jitu, Tengah Tepi, Shio).
In the event of software malfunction, hardware failure, communication errors, or other technical issues that affect game results, big188 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund bets. This applies regardless of whether the malfunction benefits the player or the house. If a game disconnects during play due to connection loss, most games will save your bet state and resume when you reconnect. If the game cannot be resumed, your bet will typically be refunded according to the game provider's malfunction policy.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the big188 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban from the platform:

You may close your big188 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds from your account. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure. Once closed, you will no longer have access to your account history, and the closure is typically permanent. If you wish to reopen a closed account, you must contact customer support and may be subject to additional verification procedures.

If termination is upheld, you will forfeit all funds, bonuses, and loyalty benefits associated with your account.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or gaming activity) for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month, which will be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. We will attempt to notify you via email before applying dormancy fees. You can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and placing a bet or making a deposit.
